Each meal is conveniently packaged in 650ml freezer-grade containers, weighing between 450-500 grams. By purchasing our meals, you support local businesses.

Choose your favourite recipes

Select your favorite meals from our ever-changing menu at Joshua. Order anytime, but keep in mind orders placed on Friday, weekends, or public holidays will be ready the next business day. Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm, saving on delivery fees.

We sweat the tough stuff

Each Joshua meal is freshly prepared by our chefs using the finest ingredients, delivered to your door fresh and never frozen. Meals are prepared during the day and delivered in individual containers between 2pm and 8pm. Notification of approximate delivery time is sent via email or SMS.

Joshua meals can be heated in microwave in minutes. We take care of everything, so you can focus on living your best life.

Return / Cancellation / Exchange Policy

  • Feedback Welcome: If you encounter any issues or dissatisfaction with your meals, please notify us within the meal's shelf life. We value your feedback and strive to improve our service based on it.
  • Personal Taste Matters: We understand that personal taste varies, and we aim to accommodate individual preferences. Let us know of any issues, and we'll offer suggestions for your next order.
  • Meal Suggestions: We welcome suggestions for new menu additions. Don't hesitate to share your ideas with us.
  • Quality Assurance: While we instruct our transport drivers and cold courier companies to handle meals carefully, accidents may occur. Notify us immediately of any split meals, and we'll arrange a refund.
  • Cancellation Policy: Orders must be canceled before midnight (recommended by 9pm) on the day they were placed. After this time, a restocking fee may apply, and cancellations may not be possible once processing has started for next-day delivery.
  • Subscription Management: Subscribers are responsible for managing their subscriptions, including pausing or canceling them as needed. Changes must be made before the order processing time to avoid receiving unwanted deliveries.

What are the delivery options?

Meals can be delivered to your door or picked up at our kitchen. For delivery, orders are prepared during the day and delivered fresh – never frozen – in individual containers between 2pm and 8pm.
