Am I Eligible?
To be eligible for Joshua Tree AU Home Delivered Meals, your NDIS plan needs to include Home Services or Daily Activities. If you’re not sure if your plan includes these, you can check in with your plan manager.
Plan Manged Participants
If you are a plan managed participant, you will need to contact us directly via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone 0416255615 to set up a service agreement between Joshua Tree AU and your Plan Manager. This will allow us to invoice your plan manager directly. Once a service agreement is in place you will need to place your order by phone so that our staff can invoice both you and your plan manager correctly. Depending on the entitlements set out in your plan you will need to pay the balance of the order (usually 50%) at the time the order is placed.
Self Managed Participants
Participants on Self-Managed Plans make the full payment to us up front at the time of ordering via the online store. We will provide you with a detailed tax invoice which you can use to make your claim to NDIS.
What is the cost to me?
The prices of our meals and packages are the same for NDIS and non-NDIS customers. The prices of all our meals and packages are listed on our website
